Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory control, and full compliance with FDA, GMP, and GDP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receipt, storage, dispensing, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP/ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations (21 CFR), GMP, GDP, and internal SOPs.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance for material sampling, release, and disposition.
- Manage warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure GMP training compliance.
- Ensure proper temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and material segregation controls.
- Control quarantine, approved, rejected, and returned materials.
- Support audits, inspections, and inventory reconciliations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical company.
- Strong working knowledge of 21 CFR 210/211 requirements.
- Proven experience with SAP or validated ERP systems.
- Experience supporting FDA inspections and audits.
- Strong leadership, documentation, and data integrity skills.
Salary: 80-90K, 2K for relocation expenses, 10 days PTO, paid federal holidays, 410K (4% match), health, vision, dental.
