Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory control, and full compliance with FDA, GMP, and GDP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise receipt, storage, dispensing, and issuance of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP/ERP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations (21 CFR), GMP, GDP, and internal SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance for material sampling, release, and disposition.
  • Manage warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure GMP training compliance.
  • Ensure proper temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and material segregation controls.
  • Control quarantine, approved, rejected, and returned materials.
  • Support audits, inspections, and inventory reconciliations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong working knowledge of 21 CFR 210/211 requirements.
  • Proven experience with SAP or validated ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting FDA inspections and audits.
  • Strong leadership, documentation, and data integrity skills.

Salary: 80-90K, 2K for relocation expenses, 10 days PTO, paid federal holidays, 410K (4% match), health, vision, dental.
